Fortunes, family firms and family offices — a female perspective

Women have been making significant strides in the field of managing and operating family offices in recent years. Despite facing long-standing barriers to entry, many women have been able to break through and make a significant impact in this industry. These women have not only clearly demonstrated that they can be highly successful, but they also bring unique perspectives and skills to the table that can benefit the industry as a whole. It is important for organisations to recognise the value that women can bring to leadership roles in family offices and to actively work towards achieving greater gender diversity in management positions.
